Hi there, room hunters!

Kaylie and Niels are looking for a new flatmate to join our beloved shared apartment (184 m²). We’re offering a bright and spacious 18 m² room for 9,050 DKK/month, which includes utilities (water, electricity, heating) and CPR registration. The deposit is two months’ rent, and there is no pre-paid rent. The room is available from July 1st, but we’re flexible with the move-in date before that. The room is mostly unfurnished, but you’re free to visit and speak to the current tenant!

The apartment has a large, fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher and all kinds of utensils), a spacious bathroom with floor heating, a washing machine and dryer, and a cozy shared living room. There’s also extra storage space in the common areas and in the attic. The building has an elevator and access to a private backyard where you can park your bike.

We’re right between Kongens Nytorv and Nørreport, with all four metro lines nearby, and just a short walk from Kongens Have, the harbour, and the canals. Even though we’re in the middle of the city, the apartment is peaceful, well soundproofed, and filled with natural light. The building itself is charming and full of character.

We’re a non-smoking flat, and the room comes unfurnished. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished, but we’re always open to new additions.

We’re looking for someone who’s easy-going, open-minded, and takes shared responsibility for keeping the space cozy and clean. We each have our own (sometimes busy) routines and respect each other’s privacy, but we also enjoy spontaneous dinners, music, or long kitchen chats – nothing scheduled, just as it flows.
