We're an international couple in our 40s renting out rooms in our large luxury apartment on Sortedam Dossering by the lake.

We have one 9m2 room available for 6500/mo from May 1st for 4 months, with extension possible. It is furnished with a bed, bed table w/ lamp, desk & chair, 6 shelves, and dresser cabinet. CPR available.

All expenses included: Electricity, water, heating, internet. Also cleaning supplies, toilet & kitchen paper.

We are looking for a mature woman, age 30+.

The 204m2 apartment has five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with dining table and large living room with quite a few plants. Nice, clean bathrooms with a hot, plentiful showers.

Lots of good restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops nearby, as well as the city lakes and several beautiful parks to stroll in. Borders the Inner City with all its offerings. Transport hub Nørreport Station is 1km away.

It is our private residence. It is shared with my 17y daughter ½ the time, and two other tenants (currently 26F & 41F, both very private types).

It is important that you understand - and hopefully appreciate - that the vibe of the home is calm. It's therefore ideal for people who appreciate a calm environment to live in, but unfortunately not for heavy socializers :)

We appreciate our tenants to be mature and responsible, helping keep the place neat. No smoking, partying, or loud music, please.

We both work from home. I'm into books, games, theatre & improv comedy, and deep conversations about life, the universe, and everything.
